Try out our Mindfulness for Challenging Emotions Workshop
What is it about?
Mindfulness for working with challenging emotions is an offering to work with what scares and challenges us. Being mindful is basically the practice of being present. But how are we to stay present when things get tough—and why would we want to? During this workshop, these and other questions about working with challenging emotions will be addressed—and explored experientially through actual mind-body practices.
What should I expect?
Expect to be joined by a group of others that are ready to reflect and combat the stresses of everyday life by finding their inner peace during the session. Also, be prepared to maybe share a little bit about yourself, no one likes a stranger.
